1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CcTrades. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from our website, catalog, WhatsApp store, or through direct business communication, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all wholesale transactions, quotations, orders, and business dealings conducted with CcTrades.

2. Definitions

• "CcTrades", "Seller", "we", "us", "our" refers to CcTrades and its authorized representatives.
• "Buyer", "Customer", "you", "your" refers to any individual, company, distributor, reseller, workshop, retailer, or business entity purchasing products from CcTrades.
• "Products" refers to EV parts, lithium batteries, accessories, electronic components, chargers, controllers, and related goods supplied by CcTrades.
• "Carrier" / "Courier" / "Transporter" refers to any third-party logistics provider used for shipment and delivery.

3. Wholesale Business Accounts

CcTrades operates primarily as a B2B wholesale supplier.

We reserve the right to:

• Verify customer identity and business information.
• Request GST, company details, or other verification documents.
• Refuse service, quotations, or orders at our sole discretion.
• Limit order quantities or suspend accounts suspected of misuse or fraud.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Most products are sold under wholesale MOQ requirements.

• MOQ details are specified on individual product listings or quotations.
• Orders below the stated MOQ may not be accepted.
• Custom bulk pricing applies only after MOQ requirements are met.

5. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

However:

• Product specifications may change without prior notice.
• Images are for reference purposes only.
• Availability is subject to stock levels and supplier inventory.
• Minor variations in appearance, packaging, or branding do not constitute defects.

6. Pricing & Quotations

• All displayed prices are wholesale reference prices unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, shipping, handling, insurance, customs duties, and other applicable charges.
• Pricing may vary based on quantity, market conditions, supplier costs, and freight charges.
• Submitted orders or cart checkouts are considered Quote Requests until confirmed by CcTrades.

Final pricing will be confirmed through WhatsApp, email, phone, or written quotation.

7. Payment Terms

• All orders require 100% advance payment before dispatch, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payment is considered received only when funds are successfully credited to our bank account.
• Screenshots, UTR numbers, payment confirmations, or pending transaction receipts are not considered proof of completed payment.
• Any bank delays, payment gateway failures, or transaction issues are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Approved Payment Gateways

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delivery schedules depend on stock availability, courier services, transportation conditions, and destination.
• Shipping charges are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the Buyer once products are handed over to the courier, transporter, or logistics provider.

CcTrades shall not be liable for:

• Courier delays
• Transit damage
• Lost shipments
• Customs delays
• Third-party logistics failures

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Buyers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect items:

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and videos must be provided.
• Original packaging must be retained until the claim is reviewed.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

10. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the wholesale nature of our business:

Non-Returnable Items

• Bulk orders
• Special-order items
• Custom sourced products
• Opened or used products

Eligible Replacement Cases

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect products supplied by CcTrades
• Verified transit damage reported within the required timeframe

Approved claims may be resolved through:

• Product replacement
• Store credit
• Partial refund at CcTrades' discretion

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

• Products are supplied on an "As Is" basis.
• No additional warranties, guarantees, or performance assurances are provided.
• Buyers are responsible for testing and verifying compatibility before installation or resale.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CcTrades shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages
• Consequential losses
• Data loss
• Customer claims arising from product usage

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the specific products involved in the claim.

13. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, product catalogs, images, graphics, website content, and branding materials associated with CcTrades remain the property of CcTrades.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

14. Privacy

Customer information collected through our website, quotations, WhatsApp, email, or business communications is used solely for order processing, customer support, and business operations.

We do not sell customer data to third parties.

15. Force Majeure

CcTrades shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Supplier shortages
• Transportation disruptions
• Labor disputes
• Power outages
• Internet failures
• Pandemics or public emergencies

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from transactions with CcTrades shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi NCR, India.
